ONION CHUTNEY


INGREDIENTS

1 cup peeled onions

6-7 flakes of garlic

2 tbs. chana dal

5 red chillies

salt as per taste

1 tbs.mustard seed

curry leaves

METHOD
Heat oil,fry chillies,daal, garlic and the onions till golden brown.Grind with imli and salt.Splutter mustard seeds and curry leaves,in oil and pour on top.Serve with paratha or puri.
